The sooner you lodge your claim, the sooner we can reimburse you for your eligible vet expenses.

⁠5 Days

3. Leave it with us

Within 2–⁠⁠5 business days of you lodging your claim, we’ll contact you if we need any more information.

4. Get a decision

Upon acceptance of your claim, we’ll pay 80% of eligible vet expenses, less any applicable excess, up to the relevant remaining annual limit or sub-limit (terms, conditions and exclusions apply). The money will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
